Rental Terms
Prices
To make a reservation, one weeks holding deposit is required to secure the room. This then goes towards your first bill.
All rates shown online are per room per week (unless otherwise stated). They may change without notice. However, your rate is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation.
Payment
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the remainder of the funds due. You can also pay in advance. Please ensure you have the necessary funds to hand either in cash or debit/credit card to ensure a smooth check-in.
We accept the following cards:
- Visa debit – No fee incurred
- MasterCard – 3% fee
- Amex – 6% fee
Documentation
When paying the remainder of your booking, we also need to see:
- Two forms of ID
- Guarantor name, address, email address and contact number
- Two emergency contact details
- Proof of work/study
- Bank statements for the previous 3 months
- A right to rent check will be carried out
Deposit
We require a months deposit to safeguard against damage to the flat. Your deposit will be protected with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and you will receive a deposit protection certificate.
Inventory
The inventory check will be carried out and added to your rental agreement. No additional cost will be incurred for the inventory check.
Children
Children are not permitted within our accommodation. We only accept adults aged 18+.
Pets
Pets are not permitted within any premises at any time.
Arrival and Departure
Accommodation is guaranteed and available for move-in from 12 noon onwards. For the collection of keys and contract signing, you must arrive at the property after 12 noon. An appointment will be booked in advance.
On the date of departure, you must vacate the premises and return the keys by 12 noon in order to avoid any extra cost being incurred.
Cancellation Policy
If you have paid a reservation fee and wish to cancel your agreement before you have moved in – you will lose your reservation fee. This is to cover the additional costs incurred in re-letting the room/property.
